Metarock Builders is led by Matt Nazari, a licensed general contractor (License #1074300, B + C-10) backed by years of hands-on construction, electrical contracting, and electrical engineering experience across Orange County. Every project we take on is run by Matt personally — there is no junior PM handed your keys, no rotating subs assigned at random.
We were built on a simple idea: a contractor should be judged by the homes still standing five, ten, twenty years later — not by how cheaply they bid the job. So we keep the firm deliberately small, take fewer projects per year than the average general contractor, and put every one of them on a single set of standards: precise drawings, clean and itemized contracts, predictable schedules, and finish work that holds up to the closest inspection.
We are licensed B (General) and C-10 (Electrical), fully bonded, and fully insured. We serve the homeowners of Rancho Santa Margarita, Mission Viejo, Irvine, Coto de Caza, Ladera Ranch, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, San Clemente, Dana Point, Newport Beach, and the surrounding OC communities.
